Das erwartet Sie
Als Junior Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich Compliance Management können Sie das abwechslungsreiche Tagesgeschäft der Victorum Capital Inc. mitgestalten. Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Betreuung und Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden und beraten diese bei operativen und strategischen Fragen. Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Vorbereitung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen nach verschiedenen Rechnungslegungsstandards (z.B. HGB, IFRS oder US-GAAP) und planen Prüfungsprozesse von internen Kontrollsystemen. Sie erhalten frühzeitig Verantwortung für die fachliche Konzeption, die Implementierung und die Berichterstattung über Governance Prozessen. Dabei stehen Sie mit ihren Teamkollegen in direktem Kontakt mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Mandanten aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen und Rechtsformen.
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten, idealerweise mit einem der folgenden Schwerpunkte: Corporate Governance, Risikomanagement, Compliance, Regulierung, Interne Revision, Finance & Accounting und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische Denkweise und einen hohen Anspruch an sich selbst aus, was auch Ihre Qualitäts- und Ergebnisorientierung kennzeichnet. Sie verstehen sich als Teamplayer und handeln lösungsorientiert und flexibel. Sie beherrschen die MS-Office-Anwendungen kompetent und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ihr Kommunikationsstil, Ihr Handeln und Ihr Auftreten sind sicher, verlässlich und von hoher Integrität.
