To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Prior experience as a rubber liner and knowledge of rubber products is an asset
Positive "can do" attitude, working both in a team and autonomously
Ability to read blueprints
Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
Proactive approach towards health and safety
Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces is essential
Excellent attendance record
