Job Description:

Housekeeping Houseperson

First impressions are everything As a Housekeeping Houseperson you will take ownership of guest requests, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

Respond to all Housekeeping and Royal Service calls, including guest deliveries and requests
Assist Room Attendants in bringing them required supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and washrooms
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Excellent guest service skills

Physicals aspects include but are not limited to:

Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carring up to 50+ lbs
Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
