    • What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Warehouse return coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Support Inbound Supervisors and Returns team leader in daily tasks.
  • Research, Investigate and adjust shipment variances.
  • Responsible for receiving return shipments from customers.
  • Assist in training returns associates in the department
  • Replace returns team leader on vacation. (Team leader's back up)
  • Replace receiving coordinator if needed.
  • Responsible of some process regarding inventory and Inbound dpts..
  • Work with other DC about orders and inventory transfers.
  • Operate machinery (MHE) to support returns dock when required.
  • Provides advice and support to other departments on warehouse matters.
  • Participate in the planning of special projects to ensure the best use of the company's resources.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations.
  • Identify, through a proactive approach, potential cost-saving and efficiency gain opportunities to improve overall site operating metrics.
  • All other related tasks.

    What will make you the ideal Warehouse return coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience in wholesale distribution and/or automotive industry is an asset.
  • Experience and abilities with warehouse management system (WMS), RF Units, ERP (SAP) is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communicator
  • Customer oriented
  • Diplomatic and tactful
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Capacity to work under pressure.;
