Buck Mason is looking for a Manager in Training to join our close-knit team. If you're eager to learn, ready to take the lead, and excited to dive into the world of retail management headfirst, then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Thirst for knowledge – shadow our experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of running a top-notch retail operation.
Immerse yourself in store operations – from scheduling to inventory management, get hands-on experience in all aspects.
Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Excel in customer service – at Buck Mason, our customers are our top priority.
Act as the go-to resource for our team – offering guidance, answering questions, and ensuring everyone stays on course.
Get involved in projects of all sizes – whether it's organizing displays or handling paperwork, you're prepared to tackle it all.
Embrace feedback positively – continuous improvement is key, and your development is important to us.
Stay in tune with store operations – pinpoint areas for enhancement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
Represent Buck Mason – foster relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
