    Job Title:
    Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition
    We are travel tech entrepreneurs, changing the way millions of people travel.

    Our proprietary virtual interlining technology provides access to billions of travel itineraries by combining flights from different airline carriers that don't traditionally work together.

    We take our customers from point A to B via C, including land transportation, at the lowest possible price.

    We are impacting the way people travel and provide higher margin opportunities to our partners that are some of the largest in the travel industry.

    Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce globally with a focus on Canada and Poland.

    A key focus of this role is building and promoting our employer brand, ensuring that TripStack is recognized as a choice employer.

    You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members globally and develop creative strategies to achieve talent goals. We are at a very exciting stage at TripStack and look forward to having you part of the team
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

    Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all members of the hiring team are aware of recruitment activities and progress.

    Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance TripStack's reputation as an employer of choice.

    Create compelling employer branding content, including job postings, social media updates, and employee testimonials, to showcase our company culture and values.

    Foster positive candidate experiences through timely communication, feedback, and transparent recruitment processes.
    With a high focus on accurate data, ensure recruitment metrics and reports are prepared on a regular basis.

    Partner with the global HR team to drive and build the best employee experience and lead global HR programs (as required).


    ~6+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of roles in software engineering, product, business development and operations.
    ~ You are self-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, are deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging
    ~ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    ~ Strong knowledge of local employment law
