    This position offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of talent acquisition within the thriving engineering and construction industries.

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance and efficiency while partnering closely with business leaders to meet their hiring needs.

    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining compliance with all relevant requirements.
    Develop strong relationships with functional managers to act as a strategic HR business partner.
    Utilize innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques such as internet searches, social media, referrals, and networking.
    Continuously improve recruitment methods and the candidate selection process to align with business objectives.
    Participate in career fairs and industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
    Maintain candidate pipelines and utilize recruitment systems to track and document recruitment activities.
    These are only some of the things we'd like you to bring to the table. At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the engineering and construction sectors.
    University degree in Human Resources or related field.
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    ~ Certifications related to Human Resources or recruitment methodologies would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
