Job Summary


The Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Conducts and analyzes exit interviews, identifying positive and negative trends and recommending changes to management.
  • Establishes and conducts orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Assists with leadership development training and coaching.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
  • Listens to and assists in resolving employee grievances.
  • Counsel employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Builds solid crossfunctional relationships.
  • Assists with the development of strategic plans and project planning.
  • Identifies training needs and resources training solutions and or providers.
  • Champions the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
