- Audit incoming loan/lease documents
- Process loan/lease payouts and refunds
- PPSA registration and release
- Process vehicle accident and death claims
- Set up member accounts and loans
- Prepare Lease Termination documentation
- Process monthly data reports
- Maintain relationships with external members and dealerships
- A diploma in Office Administration, Legal studies or a related field
- A minimum of two years' experience in a related position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs
- Prior experience within the financial services industry
