Description

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop copy and edit technical content for web and print media.
Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, human resources, and product management, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Manage social media channels and monitor engagement metrics to improve social media marketing efforts.
Promotional swag management.
Track the performance of communications and content to identify effective or evolved communications solutions proactively.
Creating businessspecific content to deliver and strengthen brand awareness.
Take a proactive approach to coordinating ongoing content independently and with internal teams.
Stay informed of industry news and developments to support our marketing and communication efforts for all verticals.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

Two to three years of technical experience and postsecondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, Business, and Communications. Highly developed editing, copywriting skills, and creative writing skills.
An interest in electrical/electronic equipment and mechanical products is an asset for developing product knowledge.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Keyshot.
Detailoriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
Ability to work effectively within a group as well as independently motivated with mínimal supervision.
Experience implementing digital and social media marketing strategies.
Knowledge of manufacturing, technical and design processes is an asset but not required.

This hybrid role offers work from home for two (2) days a week. Will be required to work at three (3) different sites (KW-Guelph region) pending ongoing project needs. A valid driver's license and passport are a requirement as travel to the USA may be required.

$55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
