    As a Human Resources Technician, you will be responsible for managing health and disability files, as well as CNESST files.

    In addition, you will support the Human Resources department in managing group insurance files and other administrative tasks.


    This position provides invaluable support to the Human Resources Department in matters of group insurance and in carrying out various administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.


    DAY SCHEDULE
    Monday to Friday
    possibility of 2 days teleworking

    Starting salary between 63K and 75K (depending on experience)

    Responsibilities
    As a Human Resources Technician you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinate changes to employee files;
    • Coordinate the year of service recognition program;
    • Write and post press releases;
    • Support the HR team with KPIs;
    • Coordinate changes in status, salary and personal information in HRIS (Dayforce);
    • Close employee files upon departure and coordinate exit interview with our external partner;
    • Take charge of certain administrative tasks for the Human Resources department;
    • Followup on CNESST and disability files;
    • Participate in accident investigations;
    • Coordinate employee enrolment in group insurance plans and RRSPs;
    • Advise employees on HR services (group insurance, group RRSPs, health support services, social activities, job openings, etc.).
    • Support other members of the department during major personnel changes (mass hiring or layoffs).
    Qualifications
    The person who occupies the position of Human Resources Technician must have:

    • DEC or AEC in office automation, administration or equivalent training in a related discipline;
    • 2 years' experience in human resources and disability file management (CNESST);
    • Good knowledge of computers and the Microsoft suite;
    • Knowledge and experience with DayForce HRIS (an asset);
    • Oral and written bilingualism (French and English).
