Business Development Manager (Montreal-based)
As an experienced Business Developer, you will actively pursue and develop existing and new business in North America. You understand the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You are passionate about what you sell – custom sealing solutions - and supporting your customers' projects.
Networks - Leverages contacts and networks to reach out to new prospects and initiate conversations to assess their needs and recommend Vicone's solutions.
Participate to tradeshows, networking events and be involved in various industries. Planning and Organization - Prioritizes and plans works activities, using time efficiently.React well and professionally under pressure. Participate in social media initiatives (interact with the target audience).
Minimum 5-8 years of consultative selling/business development experience in custom manufactured and reselling products.
Experience in closing and negotiating project/deal size average of over $100k
Track sales KPIs to achieve objectives and performance
Excellent Time management skills, prioritizes and plans works activities, using time efficiently
Capacity to interpret at a good level or read technical drawings and/or working knowledge of custom rubber parts or general manufacturing processes
Experience with the target audience of architectural glass/building envelope engineers, Mass transit manufacturers, medical equipment, OEMs, designers, and executives.
Bilingual (French and English written and spoken )Proficient with the MS Office suite a CRM.
