Responsibilities
Act as CMDB subject matter expert and analyst responsible for managing daily CMDB as a Service activities
Execution of Configuration Item (CI) updates in the ServiceNow CMDB throughout the various stages of their CI lifecycle.
Daily activities associated with the maintenance and validation of CMDB data accuracy, as well as the remediation of inaccuracies.
Act as point of reference for CMDB services, and ensure proper communication client

Qualifications
You are interested in a permanent opportunity or a contract opportunity with the following skill set:

Minimum years of experience
2 years' experience as ServiceNow CMDB Manager / Analyst in the ServiceNow platform

Required certifications
ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals training – (ideal, not mandatory)
