In this exciting role, you will assist in the development of HomeLife's brand strategy, build organizational capabilities, and support the execution of rebranding engagements.


Your Impact:


  • Provide innovative solutions to creative problems, be a thought leader to our team, and serve as the goto person when solutions are needed
  • Explore disruptive strategies that will accelerate HomeLife's growth and generate greater business value
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the organization by supporting thought leadership and current rebranding activities, and promoting HomeLife's unique value proposition in the market
  • Be part of an executive team that helps build on the company's vision and corporate branding by producing highquality digital marketing communications spanning from social campaigns to websites, videos and presentations
  • Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology to align with HomeLife's reputation as an industry trendsetter. The digital world is fastpaced, and ignoring change can lead to extreme losses

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of corporate rebranding experience in an agency environment or on the client side. Experience with luxury brands is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing related field preferred
  • Understand the key differentiators compared with top competitors and communicate the benefits internally to Agents and Franchisees, and externally
  • Possess a passion for business innovation, technology, and digital products and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
  • Exceptional curiosity, drive and openmindedness
  • Collaborative spirit; team player. Ability to work independently and also with the Digital Marketing Manager to solve complex creative problems and bring new ideas to life
  • Demonstrable ability to produce video content that is original, consistent in style and quality, and onbrand
  • Strong analytical, research and problemsolving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Job Details:


  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Job Type: Permanent fulltime
  • Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000
