WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Processing moveout documentation (SODAs)
Assist with monthend payment processing.
Coordination and preparation of all tenant files/documentation to be sent to thirdparty collections.
Processing writeoffs
Addressing all electronic fund transfers and tenant cheques that are returned NSF (nonsufficient funds)
Processing utility chargebacks
Assist with data input into the accounting system.
Other duties as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Prior experience with AR processing
Comfortable with a high amount of data entry
Accuracy & diligence
Good communication skills
Comfortable with a multientity environment
