What you will do

Your primary responsibility will include providing support to our managers and employees, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will assist in daily office needs and provide professional and efficient support to our assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative person to gain valuable experience in the oil and gas industry. We offer you challenging, discipline-related work experience in an operating environment.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a minimum requirement

Business Administrative Diploma or Office Administration Diploma preferred

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

Proven experience as an administrative assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment: printers, computers, fax, copiers

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Start date: Q1 ,2024

Work term: Up to a 1-year paid internship with possibility of a 1-year extension. Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, possibility for offer of full-time employment.
