    OUR OPPORTUNITY

    We are looking for a Senior Estimator with 8+ years of experience in commercial interior construction projects to join our Vancouver team. As a Senior Estimator, you will lead estimating activities, focusing on accurate estimates and bids.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Manage all aspects of estimating and Pre-Construction process
    • Collaborate with project management and business development for budgeting
    • Select qualified subcontractors and review tender drawings
    • Conduct analysis and provide feedback on project plans
    • Participate in pre-construction activities and value engineering
    • Experience with lump sum and construction management projects

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Over 8 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
    • Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
    • Familiarity with construction management and design build contracts
    • Gold Seal certification and Quantity Surveyor designation are advantageous
    • Strong local sub-trades relationships and market knowledge
    • Ability to analyze drawings and technical specs
    • Effective stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in computerized estimating programs

    YOUR COMPENSATION

    • $110,000 - $140,000 per year

    YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

    • Main office at 900 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, with some travel
    • Exposure to construction sites year-round
    • On-site and in-office role, not hybrid or remote
