Reporting to the Service Manager, Business Development, the Sales and Service Assistant will also work closely with Account Executives and Service Specialists to review and interpret plan and policy documents, prepare reports and support with finalist presentations and plan revisions as needed.


Please note this is a contract opportunity until June 2024.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Specialists to compose and prepare various correspondence and reports, presentations, and plan revisions/renewals, and collaborate with other business areas including Underwriting, Disability, Group Operations, etc.


  • Data entry

  • Update and ensure internal reporting and tracking tools are maintained with accurate and up to date information
  • Order promotional and business supplies and manage incoming and outgoing mail (in office)
  • Support and facilitate client events

What do you need to succeed?

  • High School Diploma or higher with 02 years of work experience in an office setting, and a demonstrated understanding of Group Benefits products
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills demonstrated through the ability to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard requests
  • Ability to work well within a fast paced, team environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization to successfully manage your own workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and skilled in building and managing positive work relationships
