We are excited to be recruiting for a Banquet Supervisor at the new Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport. Wyndham Garden is a full-service hotel located on the first Urban Reserve in Winnipeg; the Long Plain Madison Reserve located on Treaty 1 territory. The hotel is owned by Long Plain First Nation and operated by Sparrow Hotels.

Positions we are recruiting for:

Banquet Supervisor

The primary function of a Banquet Supervisor is to oversee all banquet operations, ensuring that all functions held at the hotel receive first class service and that all arrangements are carried out as per the function contracts (BEO) to the satisfaction of the guest and all hotel standards met.

Duties:

Ensure all rooms are set up are completed to the BEO specifications and hotel standards.
Ensure flawless executions of event.
Monthly alcohol inventory counts
Co -Responsible for Banquet Float
Responsible for distribution, transfers & alcohol reconciliation
Inventory (quarterly)
Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper working order and/or ensure repair work orders are properly submitted with follow-up.
Other Duties as assigned.
