- This position is a Associate Director, Marketing & Communications role in Toronto office._
As an Associate Director, Marketing & Communications with our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team in Downtown Toronto, you will work in close partnership with the Vice President, Strategy, as well as the broader marketing & communications team, research, sales, and the REMS leadership team.
You will play an important role in our strategic efforts to develop the brand identity and competitiveness of Colliers REMS.
The position is integral to our new business pursuit and proposal development, as they will work with our regional leads to increase our ability to win new business.
In This Role- Lead and manage the pitch and proposal development process in collaboration with business partners to develop industryleading client presentations and pitches
- Own and lead the development and execution of our internal and external positioning, marketing & communications strategy across Canada, aligned with organizational objectives
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the marketing and communications team.
- Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Business development understanding and proposal/presentation development experience required.
- Experience working within a professional services environment is preferred; real estate industry.
- Experience within property management, commercial real estate, and/or asset management is a definite asset.
- Experience working with senior leadership is required.
