RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Effectively communicate issues among team members and other support groups.
Consistently follow established test strategy, troubleshoot processes and add value by providing suggestions towards continued process improvements.
Setup and run test stations according to procedures as required.
Independently complete own throughput.
Perform soldering and rework as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong background in electronics/mechanics.
Certification or diploma as an electronic technician or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a troubleshooter role.
Thorough knowledge of test equipment (i.e. DMM, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzer, among others), troubleshooting processes, manufacturing documentation and schematics.
Strong communication skills. Ability to interact with other internal groups and convey technical information.
Good computer skills.
Team player.
Colour identification is a requirement of this role

What you need to know:

You need to be legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada and eligible to work as fulltime employee
Wage: $22.00 per hour plus applicable shift premium ($1.00 for afternoon)
Work location: 8999 Fraserton Court, Burnaby, BC V5J 5H8
