    Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l'ingénierie, le chef de projet est chargé de l'organisation, de la coordination et du contrôle de toutes les étapes des projets qui lui sont confiés. Le chef de projet joue un rôle essentiel dans le développement des projets en étant la principale interface entre l'équipe d'ingénierie et les autres groupes de CMC Électronique. Les projets comprennent le développement de matériel et de logiciels pour des systèmes d'aéronefs certifiés.

    À titre de Chargé de projets vos responsabilités quotidiennes incluront:

  • Préparer les devis d'ingénierie et les plans de développement ;
  • Diriger les équipes de projet d'ingénierie afin de respecter le budget, le calendrier et d'assurer des livraisons de qualité ;
  • Exécuter le plan de développement de l'ingénierie, ce qui inclut l'identification et l'anticipation des problèmes qui pourraient entraver ou limiter négativement les objectifs du projet ;
  • Travailler avec d'autres départements tels que la gestion des programmes, la certification, la sécurité et la fiabilité, la qualité et la fabrication ;
  • Maintenir les normes et les processus de travail de l'ingénierie ;
  • Évaluer les risques techniques, les mesures d'atténuation et les mesures d'urgence ;
  • Produire et présenter des rapports d'avancement pour examen par la direction ;
  • Maintenir l'expertise technique ;
  • Soutenir l'amélioration continue des produits et l'innovation.

    • Pour joindre notre équipe, vous devez :

    Être détenteur d'un BAC en génie électrique, informatique ou logiciel, ou en sciences informatiques ou l'équivalent ;

    ET

  • Posseder un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience dans la conception de matériel ou de logiciel dans le domaine de l'avionique ou des produits militaires en utilisant le processus de développement et en concevant selon les normes de qualité (telles que RTCA/DO-254, DO-160, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810 ou MIL-STD-461) ;
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le domaine de l'avionique ou des produits militaires ;
  • Réussite avérée dans l'exécution et la direction de projets complexes nécessitant une gestion des coûts et des délais ainsi qu'une gestion des risques ;
  • Compréhension avérée de la gestion des exigences pour le développement de systèmes matériels et/ou logiciels ;
  • Connaissance des conformités fonctionnelles TSO pertinentes
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais
  • La connaissance de l'ingénierie des systèmes basée sur des modèles (MBSE) et des outils associés est un avantage.
  • Connaissance des normes TSO fonctionnelles pertinentes
  • Connaissance pratique des réglementations et procédures TSO, FAR, AC et STC de la FAA, un atout.
  • Une expérience de la certification FAR PART 23/25 est un avantage.

    Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Lead will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and control of all stages of assigned projects. The Project Lead plays a pivotal role in project development by being the main interface between the Engineering team and other groups within CMC Electronics. Projects involve hardware and software development of certified aircraft systems.

    As a Project Lead your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare Engineering Estimates and Development Plans;
  • Lead engineering project teams in order to respect budget, schedule and ensure quality deliveries;
  • Execute the engineering development plan, which includes identifying and anticipating problems that could hinder or adversely limit the project's objectives;
  • Work with other departments such as Program Management, Certification, Safety & Reliability, Quality and Manufacturing;
  • Maintain the engineering work standards and processes;
  • Evaluation of technical risk, mitigation and contingency;
  • Produce and present progress reports for management review;
  • Maintain technical expertise;
  • Support continuous product improvement and innovation.

    • To join our team, you must:

    Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent;

    AND

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in hardware or software design in the field of avionics or military products using development process and designing to quality standards (such as RTCA/DO-254, DO-160, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461);
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in the field of avionics or military products;
  • Demonstrated success in the execution and leadership of complex projects requiring cost and schedule performance management and risk management;
  • Demonstrated understanding of requirements management for the development of hardware and/or software systems;
  • Knowledge of the relevant functional TSO compliances
  • French/English bilingualism
  • Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and associated toolsets an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the relevant functional TSO compliances
  • Working knowledge of FAA TSO, FARs, AC and STC regulations and procedures an advantage
  • Certification FAR PART 23/25 related experience an advantage.
