COUNSELTRON is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager. This position reports directly to Management and is responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and HR / HS policies and procedures.
COUNSELTRON is a National Importer of Kitchenware, Cookware and Health & Wellness products since 1984. We are customer centric focused.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- #1 Priority
- Working with and managing a small warehouse team focused on both pallet shipments and single item ship packages for ecommerce for Canada's largest retailers
- PLANNING cycle inventory accounts
- WAREHOUSE SOFTWARE PROGRAM to manage the orders, inventory management, and arrivals of product.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with inventory control systems
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; Quick Ship pick locations, inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining the building for exterior landscaping with equipment and internal needs and minor repairs.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience is required
- A minimum of a college diploma
- Fork Lift license required
Our environment requires masks to be worn at all times for safety.
Salary:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
