Food & Beverage Manager


Summary:


The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction.

This individual must be a team player who is enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills.

Job Duties:


  • Assist with scheduling staff and preparing payroll
  • Assist with Inventory and cost control
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a quick and effective manner
  • Assist with basic restaurant operations.
  • Ensure policies and standards are adhered to
  • Supervise staff while building morale and fostering an environment of cooperation and efficiency
  • Assist in employee performance reviews, evaluations, and discipline when required

Requirements:


  • Able to maintain a security clearance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain AGLC Proserve and Reelfacts certifications
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
years experience working in Food and Beverage operations

  • Available to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
  • Point of Sales system knowledge

Work Conditions:


  • Must be able to stand and/or for prolonged time periods
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
  • Fastpaced working environment
