About the Role
BMT Canada is currently seeking a Senior Engineer with expertise in marine engineering to join their skilled team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Design and Engineering Services (DES) team to effectively manage projects within the market scope of BMT Canada. The role involves providing technical leadership to a team of experienced engineers during a long-term deployment at an overseas client site lasting 6-9 months. Your responsibilities will include:
As the technical lead on-site at the client's location, you will supervise the technical team, analyze briefs, report progress, deliver presentations, identify risks, and establish work schedules. Inspiring your team to achieve their objectives will also be a key aspect of this role.
