    Job Description:

    • Senior level associate (10+) who can independently drive testing processes/ frameworks for customer.
    • Work as an individual contributor towards the project deliverables.
    • Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills.
    • Have developed Test Strategy and Test Plans
    • Strong planning and multi-tasking ability.
    • Should be able to analyze risks, develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
    • Very detail oriented and able to deliver within very stringent timelines.
    • Creative and analytical problem solving.
    • Proven track record to handle deadlines and meet cost constraints.
    • Proficient at handling multiple efforts simultaneously.
    • Experience in Maven and Git repositories is required.
    • Following Only applicable to Automation expectation
    • Experience on latest automation trends and framework development techniques.
    • Take ownership and responsibility for the orchestrating the discussion for automation of functionality.
    • Experience in Agile development methodologies and have Good Analytical & problem-solving skills.
