Infrastructure Specialist (FileNet)


What you will do

  • Work with project teams to implement enterprise content management infrastructure solutions and act as a SME for related technical infrastructure projects to ensure:
  • Operation is within the framework of enterprise architecture and technology standards.
  • Systems are engineered to meet business service level expectations as well as adherence to corporate I.S. standards.
  • Day to day administration, configuration, and maintenance, including patching and code/content promotions.
  • Provide 'level 2/3' support for the Filenet / CP4BA environment including evening and weekend on call support on a rotational basis.
  • Conduct problem management for technical problems and issues.
  • Work with the team to drive efficiencies through automation and process improvements.

What you will bring

  • Degree or diploma in a related discipline (computer science) or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 5+ years of FileNet P8 / CP4BA Administration, including sound knowledge of IBM Case Manager, Content Collector, Content Navigator, WebSphere Application Server, and Datacap
  • Familiarity with UNIX, Windows Server, LDAP, Active Directory
  • Familiar with the use of scripts for automation of operational procedures (eg. shell scripting, Jython, Powershell)
  • Knowledge of system management tools
  • Knowledge of security management principles
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
