Do you want to help people in their greatest time of need? When a catastrophe hits, our customers rely on us the most to quickly respond and help them recover.
We are building a catastrophe (CAT) team to be our boots on the ground response when a severe weather event happens.
Although this Catastrophe Field Adjuster role will be home based, you will deploy to the location of a severe weather event impacting our customers to inspect, write damage estimates and help our customers through the claims process.
Completes on site and/or virtual inspections of personal and commercial claimsResponsible for gathering the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims
Review facts, policy, technical reports, fire marshall reports, case law, and make decisions on coverage, value of the claim and negotiate/settle the claim accordingly
Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and keeping related parties informed of the claims status.
Responsible for data accuracy, issuance of payments to insureds, vendors and other insurance companies.
Correspond with third parties, lawyers, insureds, brokers and individuals or companies who have an interest in the claim settlement.
2+ years experience as a Field adjuster handling Personal Lines and Commercial lines claims~ Valid drivers license
