- Lead internal and external architects in the Global BIS Portfolio as part of the Enterprise Architecture team, focusing on the US Defense Business Architecture Strategy
- Drive Technology planning to support Bombardier US Defense Strategy, including Cloud and Dev-Sec-Ops models, and Digital Business framework under DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
- Oversight of cross-vendor technology stack integration, ensuring solution architecture aligns with Enterprise Architecture and relevant regulation standards/certification requirements
- Support and enforce Enterprise Architecture Framework & Governance, including Standards, Solution Building Blocks, and Pilot projects
- Review and approve technical solutions in compliance with architecture and security frameworks
- Establish Defense IT Strategy aligned with Enterprise Application Platforms and Technology Roadmaps
- Participate in Architecture Review Board processes and ensure synchronization with Program Management Framework
- Drive technology innovation and adoption to enhance the user experience and cybersecurity measures
- Stay updated on technology advancements to safeguard and enhance Bombardier US Defense Business
- Conduct technical capability assessments for BIS Technical Talent planning
- Utilize business analysis skills, system requirements analysis, and software development knowledge
- Apply knowledge of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings and architectures
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a clean record
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience as a Technology Architect
- Have hands-on experience in Enterprise Platform deployment and operations management
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Cloud architecture planning
- Implement Enterprise Architecture Framework effectively
- Hold certifications related to Enterprise Architecture and ITIL
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Show leadership in meetings and possess Agile/Scrum experience
- Have a good understanding of cloud platforms and security principles
- Be proficient in English (French proficiency is a bonus)
