Job Description:
To accurately and in compliance with established deadlines ensure that all payments are processed, vendors are reconciled, new vendors are properly onboarded and expenses are audited.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Onboard new suppliers into Workday
- Process payments to suppliers
- Resolve banking issues related to payments
- Audit expense reports
Education and/or Experience Required
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable processing
- Workday or other ERP experience would be an asset
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficient in Excel, including V lookup and pivot tables.
- Effective communication, both oral and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, self motivated and reliable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
