- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. They are responsible for managing relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule, and proper scripting.
- Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
- Prepare RO (repair order) work packets and maintain accurate records of communication with customers and insurance partners.
- Confirm car rental information and update relevant systems accordingly.
- Manage the automated rental management system throughout the day to ensure all vehicles are properly noted.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
- Minimum: 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- 1 year of experience in an auto body or similar work environment, including previous customer service experience.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of general office equipment, basic computer skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong sales drive.
- Valid driver's license.
