Worley Canada Construction is seeking a Material Administrator to work with our growing team at our Edmonton Module Yard Ave NE, Edmonton, AB, T6S 0A4).


Responsibilities:


  • Computer entry of material receiving reports in Worley Canada Construction's Procurement and Material Management System (ERM)
  • Coordinate Client supplied material activities and trouble shoot outstanding Client supplied material issues
  • Manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication is provided (to relevant parties) when schedule conflicts arise.
  • Administer and electronically distribute specified reports to Clients and/or project staff members.
  • Expected to work with all levels of the organization in a cohesive manner.
Qualifications:


  • Experience in Procurement and Material Management. Preferably within an industrial oil and gas construction environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, in addition to other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with Material Databases is seen as an asset
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Work Conditions:


  • Edmonton Module Yard Based.
  • Safety Tickets/online training will be required prior to starting

CSTS2020 Fundamentals, WHMIS 2015, & Cord Online Orientation.
