    Purpose:

    We are currently recruiting for a Nuclear Safety and Licensing Analyst. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. The Nuclear Safety and Licensing Analyst is a full-time position based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

    Responsibilities:

    As a nuclear safety and licensing technical specialist/analyst, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare nuclear safety analysis/assessments/calculations and other technical deliverables related to areas given below.
  • Provide specific technical expertise in the areas given below.
  • Interface with client stakeholders to review deliverables and participate in client project meetings.
  • Be familiar with Canadian nuclear codes and standards.
  • Be familiar with Canadian nuclear regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal/client meetings.

    • What you will bring:

    Technical and Industry Experience:

    Candidates deemed suitable would be familiar in performing analysis, assessments, calculations and/or have technical expertise in any of the following areas, but not limited to:

  • Thermal Hydraulic Analysis Services.
  • Reactor Physics Analysis Services.
  • Fuel Management Services.
  • Fuel and Fuel Channel Analysis Services.
  • Fuel and Fuel Channel, Fitness for Service, Assessment Services.
  • Probabilistic Safety Assessment Services.
  • Analysis of Reactor Operating Issues Services.
  • Nuclear Regulatory Program Services.
  • Safety Analysis Integration Services.
  • Methodology and Code Development / Maintenance Services.
  • Corporate Emergency.
  • Accident Management Services.
  • REGDOC-2.4.1 Compliant Safety Analysis and related Support Services.
  • Heat Transport System (HTS) Aging Analyses and related Support Services.
  • Nuclear Waste Management Safety Analysis/Assessment and related Support Services (i.e. DGR and Safe Storage Projects).

    • Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

    Required:

  • B.Eng, BScs or Nuclear Physics.
