    Facilities Coordinator- Full Time
    $Reporting to the Facilities Manager, as the Facilities Coordinator, you will assist in maintenance and operations of buildings in Hamilton. Stewarding resources to ensure high standards of quality in our infrastructure, sites and services while maintaining strong working relationships with program staff and tenants alike.

    Hours of Work:
    Full Time- 40hours per week, primarily weekdays although hours can change based on program needs. Participation in the on-call 24/7 rotation schedule is required every 4-6 weeks.
    Documentingwork orders, updating status and completion dates as requiredin Yardi(Indwell'sproperty management software)
    Performing tasks such as painting, drywall patching, repairs to plumbing and electricalfixtures
    Being aware of and following all agency policies andprocedures
    5+years of experiencein property management, maintenance, or facility operations
    Effective communication via various means , email,office 365 suite)
