Description

Responsibilities:


  • Set up and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure quality output and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs
  • Interpret technical drawings and work orders
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment and work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CNC machines and/or robotics
  • Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Technical degree or certification in a relevant field

Salary:
$18.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
