    • ASN Digital Themes Inc.
    • Chief Executive Officer (NOC 0014)
    • o Develop, refine, implement, and uphold organizational policies and procedures aimed at boosting operational and financial efficiency.


    o Mentor and engage with team members across all levels to nurture growth and support the advancement of the senior executive team and all staff members.


    o Evaluate and provide suggestions on the implications of long-term growth strategies, planning, and the introduction of new tactics and regulatory measures.

    o Evaluate and mitigate risks for the company to ensure they are under control.

    o Stay informed about the competitive market landscape, potential expansion avenues, industry advancements, etc.

    o Ability to choose the right personnel and other executive team members for the business.

    o Offer expert financial advice and guidance to colleagues within the executive leadership team.

    o Oversee the allocation of the company's resources.

    • Permanent and full-time
    • Language proficiency: English
    • Compensation: CAD $44.99 per hour for 35 hours a week
    • o Includes vision and dental care benefits
    o Proficient in flying drones, capturing and editing videos.


    o Proficiency in digital marketing tools like SEO, Facebook ads, and other social media marketing tools.

    o Previous experience in high-level positions or equivalent.


    o Proven track record of leading management teams, engaging with staff at all levels, and transitioning a startup into an established corporate entity.

    o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


    Required experience: 3-5 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in a related industry.
