Position: Floater, CTV Ottawa, Bell Media
Location: 87 George Street, Ottawa (Ontario)
Salary: In accordance with Collective Agreement – Unifor 715M
Hours of Work: Evenings/Weekends

Responsibilities

• Performs all studio operations functions including but not limited to:
  • Technical Production Coordinator
  • ENG Camera/Editor
  • VTR Injest Coordinator/Editor

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a media broadcast program from an accredited post-secondary institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a live studio control room position
• Broad general knowledge of television technical theory in a digital environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to function as a supervisor/team leader
• Ability to function in a results and deadline driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Work Arrangement: Full-time in office (meaning that you will be required to perform your work on-site)
