Immigration Instructor

Responsibilities

  • Follow Instructor policies and procedures as outlined by supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all course materials and best practices are shared.
  • Contribute to new course and course development.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignment, and marking guides.
  • Collaborate with Student Services to ensure success of each student.
  • Provide practicum dates and placements for students.
  • Actively participate in continual learning with technical and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree or diploma in education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructor, preferably in the private career college sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student success, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
