Job Description:


We are looking to hire an analytical person to join the team as a Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring our telematics with relation to compliance (i.e., HOS, Elogs, Driving Infractions, etc.).

  • Duties & Responsibilities _
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
Audit Driver Logs and provide re-training or discipline where necessary.
Monitor and track driver hours of service to ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends to provide guidance on compliance matters.
Review videos downloaded from GeoTab platform to identify unsafe driving behaviours in real time.
Maintain well organized records and reports for auditing purposes.
Ensure drivers/staff are trained on relevant software.
All other tasks as assigned by Management.

  • Qualifications _
GeoTab Experience a strong asset, but not required.
Well-organized, punctual, and computer literate - with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in the transportation industry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
Thorough understanding of transportation compliance regulations and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, e.g., making recommendations to management and other staff with regard to compliance.

From $42,500.00 per year
