Responsibilities:


  • Completion of agent requests
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Customer Sales
  • Customer service walkins
  • Data entry
  • Administrative duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
  • Previous customer service considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and efficient
  • Great time management skills
  • Outgoing and friendly telephone etiquette
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • French or Spanish would be an asset
