Visionpool Business Services is hiring aThis position if full time onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan
Responsibilities:
- Manage, & support of enduser devices (laptops, desktops, rugged tablets, mobile phones, printers, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with the Tier 1 Service Desk team, including assisting with support duties, such as phone coverage and handling walkup support requests
- Specialty peripheral management, including Fleet Truck docks
- Recording all inventory, incidents/service request tickets into incident management system.
- Occasional travel to support offices across the province will be required.
Qualifications:
- Have a recognized bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline or a minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience
- Experience with Computer: Imaging Deployment Troubleshooting Hardware Repair
- Experience providing technical support of current Windows Operating Systems (versions: current, current1)
- Experience supporting Office Suite of products
- Experience with Workstation Group Policy
- Enterprise Printer Fleet Management, Firmware Updates, Configuration, Troubleshooting
- Experience working with VMs (VMWare ESXi)
- Experience with deploying Microsoft SCCM imaging & software installation
- Experience with maintaining hardware and software inventories through standard asset management systems and procedures
- Experience accurately and timely documenting troubleshooting steps, findings and solutions in Incidents, Service Requests (Work Tickets) and Knowledge Articles
