Britannia Fleet services is currently seeking a service Administrative Assistant to Assist the mobile department in managing process and paperwork flow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input and update new customers equipment into the Emdecs system Process repair work orders and timesheets for technicians Organize, scan repair work orders and file all invoices Follow established departmental SOP's Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
Work Remotely: No
Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday to Friday (8am5pm)
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mississauga, ON:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
