True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a dedicated and sales-driven individual to join our Premium Sales & Service team.
Reporting to the Manager, Premium Sales & Service, the
Account Executive, Premium Sales & Service will be responsible for building meaningful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure the retention and growth of True North revenue.
What to be excited for in this role:
- Generate new business revenue by selling Season Ticket Memberships, individual suites, premium experiences, and group offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Premium clients.
- Manage client requests professionally and proficiently with a focus on building relationships and developing a rapport to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
- Effectively and consistently manage a targeted list of Premium accounts to the highest level of customer service with targeted number of proactive customer contacts throughout the year.
- Complete a targeted number of contacts for revenue targets associated to growing incremental revenue for True North, including but not limited to, additional suite tickets (SRO's), ticket packages, groups, and experiences.
- Execute a targeted number of touchpoints with Premium clients throughout the season.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in a CRM database.
- Provide technical support and customer service at Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, and Canada life Centre events, as required.
- Participate and collaborate in weekly meetings and training sessions.
What we need from you:
- Previous successful sales experience (minimum 3 years).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Management, Administration, or related field, an asset.
- Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
- Ability to generate incremental revenue through call campaigns with defined targets.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written communication skills, in addition to the ability to have a strong phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in developing and building professional business relationships.
- Experience with ticketing systems and/or a CRM software, is an asset.
- Proactive in anticipating challenges and providing superior guest experience service solutions.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
- Strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demands towards successful and timely completion of projects.
- Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis.
