Job description_

To provide administrative support and product information to our customers (brokers, insurance carriers and broker's clients) and colleagues.

What Will You Do?_

Provide prompt, professional, knowledgeable and accurate customer service to advisors
Building strong working relationship with internal and external partners (i.e. Life carrier companies and independent brokers)
Receive and respond to inquiries requesting status, support or general information
Cross-Training learning other department functions to support as a backup when needed
Perform other related duties, as necessary or as assigned.

Who We're Looking For_

Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to think critically, problem solve, and communicate effectively
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multitask with competing priorities
Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fastpasted team environment
Knowledge of the insurance industry and MGA distribution channel is an asset
