    As part of the Global Hosting and Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of identity and endpoint solutions that support TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC).

    You will support cross functional teams including Engineering, Design, Architecture and Technical Program Management by delivering innovative and user-centric mobile device management and identity solutions.

    This role will require a broad range of technical skill sets that extend across both on premise and cloud environments.


    Identity System Management:
    Act as the primary point of support for existing identity management solutions.

    Identity Business Alignment :

    Collaborate with senior leadership, technology leads and business stakeholders to implement product vision and ensure alignment with business goals.


    Technical Troubleshooting:

    Act as a point of escalation to support the resolution of highly complex incidents and problems specific to Identity platforms.

    Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures at all times and take all necessary actions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of yourself, your colleagues and third parties.

    Understand and comply with Company Data Protection and Information Security policies at all times.
    Extensive experience leading Identity Implementation on an enterprise scale
    Experience implementing and managing identity federation and SSO technologies
    Experience utilizing terraform and other IaaC technologies to manage cloud-based resources
    Experience leveraging conditional access policies to govern resource access
    Experience managing on-prem virtualized infrastructure(VMware, Hyper-V)
    Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.
    Willing to work with remote teams across time zones.
