What you'll bring


The Technical IT Manager will ensure seamless and secure IT operations, empower users with efficient technology solutions, and drive innovation for the Company through strategic management of networks, hardware, and systems leveraging diverse technologies.

You are a hands-on, results-driven, innovative leader with a proven record of success in IT operations, building and transforming IT infrastructure and delivering strategy and solutions that align with the Company goals.

You will have gained your experience managing the project life cycle in departments such as Network, Cybersecurity, Communications, Software Development and/or Help Desk.


What you'll do

Infrastructure Optimization:
Optimize IT infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance, ensuring robustness and scalability for our small firm's needs.

  • Implement cloudbased solutions and opensource technologies where suitable, and regularly assess hardware and network efficiency.

User Empowerment:
Enable users to maximize productivity by providing user-friendly, integrated Microsoft and Adobe solutions.

  • Foster a usercentric IT culture through training and support, ensuring seamless integration of technology into daily workflows.

Security and Compliance:
Establish and maintain robust security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Regularly update and audit security measures to mitigate risks associated with cloud and opensource technologies.

Innovation Leadership:
Champion innovation by staying informed about emerging technologies and recommending strategic adoptions.

  • Lead pilot projects for testing new technologies that align with the company's goals and budget.

Strategic IT Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure that IT investments and initiatives contribute to the firm's growth and competitiveness.

What you've got

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IT management, including leadership roles in Microsoft technologies and open source environments. Ideally, 10+ years in technical roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Industry experience in professional services,
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software management, infrastructure management, and network administration.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Indepth understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
