This person will be responsible for growing our partnership marketing program by developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, seeking new opportunities and finding ways to optimize our program.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Program Manager - Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing will jump into a role focused on partnership, business development and growth.

Partnerships and Affiliates is one of Fairstone's fastest-growing demand generation channels, and is a significant contributor to new customer generation, and we want to keep the momentum going


Job Duties:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, acting as a main point of contact for all affiliate marketing activities. Foster relationships by creating partner marketing strategies, providing timely and effective communication, and offering resources and ongoing support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential and new affiliate partners to ensure a steady stream of new opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing as we onboard new partners.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices, recommending new strategies and tactics
  • Understand partner's goals and Fairstone's business goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop and implement industryleading affiliate marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust campaigns as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Analyze program performance and provide regular reports to partners and management, highlighting key insights and trends
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve program performance and drive revenue growth
  • Annual planning, production forecasting and business planning
  • Maintain an enterpriseview of affiliate marketing, meaning the incumbent will also be involved and aware of partnership marketing across Fairstone Bank brands and lines of business
  • Manage all aspects of affiliate program operations, including tracking, reporting, and payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with all program terms and conditions, as well as industry regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in relationship management and accountbased marketing
  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, public relations or a related field
  • Experience growing a partner base in an intentional way
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to successfully engage and inform executives
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis platforms
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Experience in utilizing affiliate marketing platforms an asset, particularly CJ and Impact
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator an asset
  • Knowledge and experience using marketing automation and CRM software an asset
  • Financial services industry background an asset
  • French language skills an asset
