Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales Leadership

Customer service and sales leadership responsibilities focus on providing exceptional service to customers, mentoring and coaching store associates, and driving sales growth.

This involves setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and ensuring all retail associates are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.

Operational Management

Operational management responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, efficient inventory management, maintaining store displays, managing pricing strategies, purchasing merchandise, and overseeing staff to ensure productivity and effective operations.

Communication and Leadership
