- Talent Management Identify talent needs for different business units.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates, and assess fit.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- HR Expertise Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs.
- Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
