Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.
Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goalsLead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.
Identify talent needs for different business units
Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fit
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
HR Expertise
Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs
Ensure practices adhere to legal recruitments keeping updated on legal practices
Align our people management with business strategy
Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field;
HR certification or major
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
